Two ways, both simple.
Kava Drink Mix
Instant · about 15 seconds
- Add one scoop to a glass of water.
- Stir until it dissolves.
- Drink, and let things slow down.
Traditional Kava
The full ritual · about 10 minutes
- Add a tablespoon of root to your strainer bag, then into half a cup of water.
- Knead and press the bag until the water turns a rich brown.
- Pour, share, and drink it down in one.
